Working conditions
- Offer support for software applications built with C#, .NET, and TypeScript;
- Assist clients in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software-related issues via phone, email, or remote sessions;
- Escalate advanced issues to senior engineers or the development team when necessary;
- Document troubleshooting processes and update technical knowledge bases with resolutions and best practices;
- Collaborate with the software development team to ensure timely bug fixes, updates, and feature implementations;
- Guide users through installations, configurations, and upgrades of software systems;
- Test new software features and updates to ensure functionality and compatibility with client environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- 1 - 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
- Proficient in C# and .NET technologies;
- Experience with TypeScript and knowledge of web-based front-end technologies;
- Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including debugging and code review;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical users;
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and work independently or in a team environment.
- Additional requirements:
- Experience with REST APIs and web services;
- Familiarity with databases, particularly SQL Server;
- Prior experience working in a customer support or software support role;
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
