Working conditions

  • Offer support for software applications built with C#, .NET, and TypeScript;
  • Assist clients in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving software-related issues via phone, email, or remote sessions;
  • Escalate advanced issues to senior engineers or the development team when necessary;
  • Document troubleshooting processes and update technical knowledge bases with resolutions and best practices;
  • Collaborate with the software development team to ensure timely bug fixes, updates, and feature implementations;
  • Guide users through installations, configurations, and upgrades of software systems;
  • Test new software features and updates to ensure functionality and compatibility with client environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience);
  • 1 - 2 years of work experience in the relevant field;
  • Proficient in C# and .NET technologies;
  • Experience with TypeScript and knowledge of web-based front-end technologies;
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle, including debugging and code review;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical users;
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues and work independently or in a team environment.
  • Additional requirements:
  • Experience with REST APIs and web services;
  • Familiarity with databases, particularly SQL Server;
  • Prior experience working in a customer support or software support role;
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems.
