Working conditions

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion for clients;
  • Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram,  LinkedIn, and TikTok;
  • Manage social media accounts, including content calendar creation, scheduling, and community management;
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications;
  • Respond to comments, messages, and direct inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner;
  • Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals;
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily;
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency;
  • Oversee social media accounts design;
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions.


  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation;
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics to drive actionable insights;
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment;
  • Azerbaijani citizenship;
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment;
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
