Working conditions

  • To be responsible for Network SQD Desk activities and Trouble Ticket handling to assure mobile network fault-free operation and subscriber’s problem-solving;
  • To be responsible for fault registration, fault notification, and fault escalation on any problems on the network or subscriber side;
  • To facilitate and support all planned work to ensure maximum network availability and customers satisfaction;
  • To monitor Key Quality Indicators alarms;
  • To demarcate abnormal Key Quality Indicators;
  • To perform demarcation of issues;
  • To create, assign and close Service Quality Degradation Tickets;
  • To notify, escalate and update critical issues;
  • To perform demarcation of issues. To create, assign, and close Service Quality Degradation Tickets;
  • To monitor service quality degradation tickets. To verify the fault resolution;
  • To dispatch trouble tickets with regional network problems to the corresponding party to fix the issue according to the result of demarcating;
  • To prepare resolved and pending Trouble Tickets and opened issues reports on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis;
  • To be trained according to job description and to follow planned training competence development;
  • To participate and cooperate with the other network units. To familiarize oneself with technical documentation according to job process;

Requirements

  • University degree in telecommunications or information technologies;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in in Telecom field;
  • Language and computer programs knowledge: Azeri, Russian,  English; 
  • Advanced MS Office and basic Access; 
  • Universal knowledge about Cellular Network topology;
  • Good service delivery mindset;
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
