Working conditions
- Handle day-to-day HR operations;
- Manage the entire employment process from hiring to redundancy;
- Prepare vacation, sick leave, and promotion documents;
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly meetings with unit heads and provide HR advice where necessary;
- Execute HR strategies and approaches to attract, develop, and retain the best talent in the business;
- Manage HR-related communication;
- Collaborate with management and personnel to facilitate positive employee relations, maintain a good working environment, and build morale;
- Oversee new hire onboarding and orientation programs;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks by flagging and addressing potential issues of non-compliance;
- Oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations;
- Ensure accurate calculation and timely remittance of payroll taxes, including state and local taxes as well as any other statutory deductions;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- BSc/BA in Human Resources, Business Management, or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of experience in HR business partnering or a generalist role;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Positive, service-oriented attitude and willingness to help others;
- Great communication and presentation skills, with experience in writing company policies and corporate communications;
- Ability to think ahead, anticipate needs, and identify potential problems;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani and English;
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel;
- Superior attention to detail;
- Multi-tasking skills.
