Working conditions
- Produce and distribute daily and ad-hoc reports from MySQL (transitioning to PostgreSQL in the future) to meet business requirements;
- Ensure data governance principles are followed in reports, maintaining data consistency and accuracy;
- Implement automated report generation and data refresh processes where feasible to save time and reduce errors;
- Write and optimize SQL queries to improve report processing time and minimize server load;
- Develop, maintain and enhance Tableau dashboards for visualizing data;
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to understand reporting needs and deliver insights;
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular audits and checks on reports;
- Continuously improve reporting processes to increase efficiency and scalability;
- Working schedule: 5 days a week, 09:00-18:00.
Requirements
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistic, or a related field;
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Scientist;
- Proficiency in Python and SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
- Experience with Tableau;
- Hands-on experience with Docker;
- Solid understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical modeling and data mining;
- Ability to work with large, complex data sets and design scalable data solutions;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Expertise in model validation and monitoring techniques, including A/B testing, cross-validation, and error analysis;
- Experience in MLOps, including model lifecycle management and deployment automation;
- Experience in creating concise, accurate documentation;
- Experience with Git for version control and collaboration;
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure;
