Working conditions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across 52 countries, fostering trust and long-term collaboration;
- Actively identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our global market presence;
- Work closely with our marketing and product development teams to align customer needs with the best solutions ALCO has to offer;
- Participate in negotiations and presentations to key clients, ensuring both company and customer success;
- Analyze market trends and competitors to ensure ALCO LLC remains competitive on a global scale;
- Contribute to an energetic and supportive team that values innovation and collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or related fields;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities;
- Proficiency in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships and tasks effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment;
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus;
- New university graduates are encouraged to apply, and no prior work experience is required;
- Preference will be given to graduates from top universities in Azerbaijan;
- Candidates with a strong academic track record, including high university entrance exam results or notable performance during their university years, will be highly regarded;
