Working conditions
- The SAP sales announcement completion process and invoicing;
- To prepare quotations and perform invoices;
- To prepare tender documents, to support parts sales contracts preparation process and share it with legal department;
- To prepare Customer Value Agreement contracts and follow up sales process further including invoicing and documentation;
- To update hot deals, follow with quotation/ contract/ lost sale information;
- To enroll sales and quotation records for each into CRM;
- To support salesmen when they are out of office (responsibility including the customer call
- responses);
- To greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office;
- To answer, screen and forward incoming parts sales phone calls;
- To provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email;
- To receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries;
- To perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning;
- To work according to Borusan’s ethic and standard principles;
- To fulfil the duties declared with procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Business/Marketing Analytics, Communications or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 2 years of work experience in a relevant role;
- Strong communication, analytical, leadership and influencing skills and ability to operate independently;
- Experience with heavy equipment;
- High level of competence in preparation and presentation;
- Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail;
- Exceptional analytical thinking, problem solving, and organizational skills;
- Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines;
- Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service;
- Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability;
- Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred;
- Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage);
- Ability to travel on occasion;
- Local candidates strongly preferred.
