Working conditions
- The sales specialist or coordinator is expected to identify potential customers, initiate contact, and guide them through the sales process; listen to customer needs, provide tailored product recommendations and address inquiries; demonstrate product features and benefits through presentations and product knowledge. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals;
- represent the company effectively with comprehensive knowledge of our goods, such as wide range of construction, earthmoving, warehouse and lifting equipment and machinery from leading manufacturers with a worldwide reputation;
- achieve company objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making forecasts;
- build and maintain strong relationships with customers in their specialized field;
- handling customer calls, emails, and messages, answering customer queries, informing them on delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events;
- ensures that inputs for editing activities are provided on time in accordance with bid/estimate/quotation planning;
- provide required support to tendering & quoting staff to ensure timely submission of tenders and quotations;
- working alongside the team to draw up strategies to increase customer base;
- involved in planning of sales forecasts and required resource allocation;
- develop and implement sales plans, monitor progress, and take proactive measures to meet or exceed target revenue;
- monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback related to their specialized product or service;
- increase customer loyalty and conduct continuous business by fostering long-term relationships;
- engage with customers to understand their needs, identify their pain points, and determine how the specialized product or service can address those requirements;
- stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate the best proposals to potential customers;
- respond to complaints from customers if there are any and give after-sales support when requested;
- handle the order process in timely and accurate manner;
- inform clients of unpredicted delays or problems;
- monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements;
- provide excellent customer service by responding inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction;
- update all records and logs as per the company's processes;
- Work time: 5 days, 08.00-17.00;
- Shuttle bus, medical insurance;
- Location: 15 Salyan Highway, AZ 1063, Baku, Azerbaijan.
Requirements
- HYSTER: material handling lift trucks, including stand-up and sit-down forklifts, counterbalanced trucks and high-capacity forklifts;
- CASE: construction equipment, including excavators, motor graders, wheel loaders, and compact track loaders;
- Kohller SDMO: full range of portable generator sets, industrial generators and generator sets;
- COMBILIFT: wide range of cargo handling;
- DIECI: telehandlers and other equipment for industrial, construction and agricultural needs;
- JLG: working lifting platforms; telescopic loaders;
- GENERAC: advanced software solutions for power grids, backup and main power systems for household and industrial applications, solar and battery-powered data storage solutions, virtual power plant platforms.
