Working conditions
- Sales and marketing manager plans, generates tools, and leads activities, promotion and sale of the organization's goods and services;
- Suitable candidate will be the one who can communicate clearly, have strong people skills and are reliable. Skills in administration and management are also important;
- Promoting hotels and residences’ rental existing within Sea Breeze premises and introducing new products to the market;
- Planning the sales and marketing policies and plans of an organization;
- Work is in offices and may involve travel and attendance of conferences and other special events;
- Ability to develop new products and services using market research;
- Identify new target markets, to catch opportunities to generate new revenue streams;
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team;
- Collaborating with head office sales & marketing personnel, to arrange timely response to individual and group inquiries;
- To have excellent product knowledge and always to be ready to meet new people to optimize sales revenue;
- To possess CAN DO mentality along with leading by example method;
- Tracking and meeting sales goals and reporting results as necessary;
- Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team;
- Coordinating with marketing on lead generation;
- The ongoing training of your salespeople;
- Understand our ideal guests and how they relate to our products;
- Ability to work in energetic, fast pace environment where immediate action / response required from time to time;
- Ability to be present at work during heavy season on weekends and when required;
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field;
- Experience is such role from 3-5 years;
- Experience in planning and implementing sales & marketing strategies;
- Experience in guest relations management;
- Experience managing and directing a sales & marketing team;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Azerbaijani, Russian & English languages.;
- Excellent book keeping, tracking & time management skills;
- To have soft skills in good level of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and hotel operating software Opera;
- Dedication to providing great guest service;
- Ability to lead a sales team.
