Working conditions
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails from customers who are interested in making reservations or have questions about reservations;
- Providing customers with information about the hotel’s accommodation options, rates and amenities;
- Processing reservations, cancellations and modifications using reservation software;
- Collecting and processing payments from guests;
- Communicating with other departments to ensure that guests’ requests are met;
- Updating and maintaining customer information in the reservation system;
- Handles other daily correspondence.
Requirements
- Communication skills - guests will need to come to you with concerns as well as compliments, so you’ll be easy to talk to;
- Your problem-solving skills will turn issues into opportunities, so every guest leaves with great memories;
- Fluency in the local language – Russian and English language skills are preferable;
- Literate and tech-savvy - you’ll need a good grasp of reading, writing, basic math, and computer skills.
