Working conditions

BOQ for Concept, Permit, Detailed Design Projects, its elements and details;
Responsible for the content and precision of the quantities and calculations that follows up;
Preparation of Quantities schedule, Material selection, Design supporting documents;
Assistance in Design Coordination, Communication with other disciplines / outsource associates;
Application must include CV and reference list;
Knowledge of professional standards and codes;
Responsible and well-organized person, team player oriented, with problem solver attitude;
Analytic and proactive approach to work, dedication and persistence are preferred;
Capable to verbally provide advice, assistance to its superiors, Reports to Design Manager directly.

3+ years of post-diploma professional experience with quantities development is a must;
Previous experience in BOQ Tender documents and Material specifications;
Previous experience in Design Studio/company is welcomed;
Proficiency in MS Office suite and Auto CAD;
Proficiency in English language is a must; knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
