Working conditions

Inspection of API / Premium connection;
Inspection of BHA and well head equipments;
Calibration of measuring equipments
Convergent with receiving in-process and final inspection;
Converse with internal/external applicable standards & procedure, welding inspection & certification.

Min 12 Years of O&G Industry Machine Shop QA/QC experience;
API Spec Q1, 7-1, 5CT, 6A and 16A and Premium Connections and Process Knowledge;
Supervisory Leadership skill, drawing interpretations, Welding Inspection (CSWIP 3.1), ASNT Level 2 in MPI & LPI. Sound knowledge in DS1, NS1 & NS2 standards. Knowledge in Hard banding applications (Technogenia, ARNCO, Quick Tip), Lead Auditor - ISO 9001;
Mechanical Engineering in academic; Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001; ASNT Level 2 in MPI, LPI, UT & RT; CSWIP 3.1.
