Working conditions

Coordinate the planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce development projects;
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery;
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, timelines, and milestones;
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to translate ideas into actionable development plans;
Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure alignment and coherence in project execution and strategy implementation;
Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new feature development;
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify opportunities for growth and innovation;
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce platforms, products, and initiatives;
Generate regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for optimization.

Language skills: having a high level of knowledge in Russian and English languages;
Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
Problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
Ability to adapt to changing work environments and handle challenges effectively.
