Working conditions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align PR strategies with overall business objectives;
- Participate in implementing specific projects and procedures to align the workforce with the strategic goals;
- Create personal branding for management and improve strategy;
- Execute strong relationships with media outlets and journalists;
- Create and maintain strong relationships with influencers;
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, blogs, speeches text and other relevant materials;
- Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies to enhance brand awareness and reputation for all business assets;
- Manage and execute PR budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships;
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities and mitigate potential reputation risks;
- Provide guidance and support to executives and spokespersons for media interactions and public speaking engagements;
- Share content threw internal and external PR and media channels;
- Researching eligible media channels and executing plans of partnership;
- Create communication reporting;
- Analysis and audit the result of communication report;
- Create reporting of budgeting expenses;
- Coordinate and organize press conferences, media interviews, and promotional events;
- Lead the process of creating communication with TV and radio;
- To create cooperation with new media organizations;

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Journalism, International Relations, or a related field;
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in public relations, media, communications, journalism, or a related field;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English;
- Strong ability to understand and implement the brand's vision;
- Experience in data analysis and reporting;
- Familiarity with website management and content updates;
- Previous experience in TV and media organizations is a plus;
- Excellent management and event planning skills;
- Proficiency in MS Office;
- Capacity to receive positive, constructive feedback;
- Ability to work collaboratively and lead marketing initiatives effectively;
- Must be extremely organized, self-motivated and capable of thriving in a rapidly changing environment while managing constantly shifting priorities;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent attention to details and accuracy;
