Working conditions
- Supervise and motivate retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and operational excellence;
- Monitor sales trends and develop strategies to maximize sales;
- Develop and implement processes to improve operational efficiency;
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and services;
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate record keeping;
- Ensure store policies and procedures are being followed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field;Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational;
- 5 years of experience in Retail field as a Sales manager or similar position;
- Knowledge of store operations and customer service standards; skills;
- Fluent written and oral communication skills in Azeri, Russian and English;
- Proficiency in MS Office,1C;
- “Hard skills” abilities: analytical attitude of mind, ability to forecast, organizational skills.
