Working conditions
- Oversee the office's day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and organized administrative processes;
- Address customer inquiries and provide detailed information about the academy's services, training programs, and offerings in a friendly and professional manner;
- Manage the registration process for upcoming courses, including maintaining accurate records, processing payments, and sending confirmation materials to enrolled participants;
- Responding to inbound calls from individuals interested in Academy’s services;
- Facilitating the registration process for ACCA computer-based exams;
- Location: Baku, Azerbaijan.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders in Azerbaijani language. (minimum intermediate level of English is preferred);
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines;
- Deep attention to detail to ensure accurate record-keeping and error-free processes;
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask;
- Min Pre-Intermediate level of MC Office programs;
- Minimum 1 year of experience is preferred in the relevant field.
