A minimum of 7 years of experience in MEP systems (including the design and installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems);
HVAC systems experience: Proficiency in load calculations, design, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems;
Electrical systems knowledge: Experience in power distribution, energy systems, and safety protocols;
Plumbing systems: Expertise in water supply, drainage system management, and waste management;
MEP project management: Strong understanding of safety regulations, budgeting, and project planning;
Software proficiency: Advanced skills in AutoCAD or other MEP-related software;
Comprehensive knowledge and practical experience with local regulations and building codes;
English language proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken English (REQUIRED).
