Working conditions
- Manage daily marketing-related activities, plan and assign work ensuring you always have the right staffing numbers;
- Assist with initiatives that drive brand awareness, trial, and distribution, including day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales support;
- Manage the development of sales and marketing materials, adapting scopes, timelines, and deliverables for maximum benefit;
- Build skill set and engage in ongoing education for the company;
- Prepare the departmental budget and financial plans including the hotel marketing plan;
- Support Director of Sales in delivering effective marketing campaigns that achieve company and client objectives;
- Collaborate with team members to execute marketing campaigns by leading brainstorming sessions for internal and external projects;
- Gather and analyse data to reach insights about brands, competitors, and trends;
- Contribute to lead-generation and customer-acquisition activities, such as sales enablement, media promotion, networking, trade shows, and events;
- Coordinate public relations and outreach initiatives, including media releases, awards and company announcements;
- Create and develop special events and sales blitzes to showcase the hotel to potential clients. Attend trade shows and major market events locally and nationally to promote new business and increase sales and marketing opportunities for the hotel;

Requirements
- 3 years+ in Marketing Role, preferably in a luxury 5-star hotel;
- Proven working experience in Digital Marketing;
- International Marketing Certificates;
- Demonstrable experience in managing email automation platforms, social media management platforms, marketing Database, SEO/SEM, display advertising campaigns;
- Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required;
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Excellent communication skills & Ability to ‘take people with you’;
- Strong presentation skills;
- Strategic thinker;
- Excellent written and verbal English and Russian is a must.
