Working conditions

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers;
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities;
  • Plan and launch marketing campaigns across both traditional and digital channels (SEO, SMM, PPC);
  • Request and manage the marketing budget from vendors, including planning and allocating resources to achieve set goals;
  • Monitor expenditures and evaluate the return on investment (ROI) for all marketing activities;
  • Coordinate efforts with internal teams (sales, product, PR) and external partners (agencies, contractors) to achieve common objectives.
    Prepare reports on the results of marketing campaigns and present them to management;
  • Organize events and promotions aimed at attracting customers and enhancing loyalty, including trade shows, seminars, and corporate events;
  • Responsible for selecting event venues, working with suppliers and contractors, and coordinating logistics;
  • Ensure all aspects of events are covered, from concept and design to technical support and participant engagement;
  • Collaborate with vendors to meet marketing requirements and standards, ensuring their involvement in marketing initiatives;
  • Manage the company’s social media presence and content to foster active engagement with the audience.

Requirements

  • Expertise in providing strategic advice on all products within the portfolio;
  • Ability to engage customers effectively and generate interest in offerings;
  • Proficiency in accurately assessing customer needs and recommending tailored solutions.
