Working conditions

  • Support the creation of annual and monthly marketing plans for both the school and restaurant;
  • Help execute marketing campaigns, both digital and offline, ensuring alignment with the brand’s goals by providing insights and creative ideas for new promotions, offers, and events;
  • Manage and update the school and restaurant's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.);
  • Plan and create engaging content, including images, videos, and written posts;
  • Monitor social media trends and ensure content resonates with the target audience and respond to inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly to maintain customer engagement;
  • Gather feedback from students, customers, and restaurant guests to improve services;
  • Create strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty;
  • Help organize and promote culinary events, cooking classes, and workshops at the school;
  • Assist in planning special events at the restaurant, such as themed nights or cooking demonstrations;
  • Ensure marketing materials, signage, and promotions are in place for events;
  • Design and produce promotional materials (flyers, brochures, posters, etc.) for both the school and restaurant;
  • Ensure all materials are aligned with brand guidelines and messaging;
  • Collaborate with external agencies or designers when necessary;
  •   Update and maintain the website with relevant content, such as course offerings, menu updates, and upcoming events;
  •   Assist with SEO (Search Engine Optimization);
  • Monitor and report on key marketing metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign effectiveness;
  • Assist in preparing weekly or monthly performance reports for management;
  • Help analyze competitor marketing activities to identify trends and opportunities;
  • Work closely with the restaurant and school staff to gather information on new products, services, or courses;
  • Ensure marketing efforts are consistent with internal goals and objectives;
  • Provide creative input and support in brainstorming sessions for new initiatives.

Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing);
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or education industry;
  • Fluency in written and spoken Azerbaijani, Upper intermediate level English and Russian;
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.);
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, etc.);
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite);
  • Basic understanding of SEO and website content management systems (WordPress, Wix, etc.) is an advantage;
  • Full-time (typically 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, with occasional flexibility for events or activities);
  • Based in the school and restaurant (occasional travel for events may be required);
