Working conditions
- Marketing activities of the company, including PR, SMM, event management, etc;
- Work closely with clients post-purchase to develop strategies for promoting the device within their business;
- Organize training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate clients on effective utilization and positioning of the device;
- Provide marketing support, including guidance on best practices, promotional campaigns, and client engagement;
- Assist clients in creating customized marketing materials, social media content, and promotional campaigns;
- Act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction;
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to the sales and marketing teams;
- Monitor customer performance and offer strategic recommendations to help them achieve higher profitability with the device;
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;
- 1+ years of experience in customer success, marketing support, or sales within the aesthetic medicine, medical devices, or beauty industry;
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies and promotional techniques in the aesthetic sector;
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and consulting skills;
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop effective promotional ideas for clients.
- Proactive and customer-focused approach to business success;
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies;
- Hard skills: Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, understanding of CRM system;
- Knowledge and experience in effective SMM;
- Willingness to travel for on-site customer support and training sessions;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani. Knowledge of Russian or English is required.
