Working conditions
- Prepare legal documents;
- Conduct legal research and provide legal advice;
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and procedures;
- Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and prepare announcements if requested;
- Perform other tasks on reguest from Head of Legal Department;
- Location: Baku, Azerbaijan.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in law, Master degree is asset;
- 1-2 years of experience in as corporate lawyer;
- Fluent spoken and written (Azerbaijani, English, Russian is asset);
- Confident PC user with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, 1C;x
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organizational and time management abilities;
- Azerbaijani citizenship;
- Ethical conduct and a high level of integrity;
- Flexibility to adapt to changes in the business environment.
