Working conditions
- This is a full-time on-site role for a Lawyer at Crystal Group of Companies in Baku. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal counsel, drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and conducting legal research. The role will also involve advising on compliance issues, contracts, and business transactions.
Requirements
- Legal Research, Contract Drafting, and Litigation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of corporate law and regulatory compliance
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Membership in the Bar Association of Azerbaijan
- Experience in commercial law or intellectual property law is a plus
