Working conditions

  • Key Account Managers are responsible for leading sales teams to reach sales targets. 
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet the company’s objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to Commercial Director, including forecasts, sales performance, and market analysis.
  • Developing trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients wholesalers/retailers;
  • Effectively carry out market research, demand collection, industry development foresight and work closely with product to improve foreign market sales.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement;
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements with key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or related field.
  • Proven experience in B2B retail experience.
  • Several years of relevant experience, with a focus on foreign markets.
  • Ability to build rapport with key clients.
  • Ability to handle multiple client accounts.
  • Strong analytical and managerial skills
  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent Azerbaijan, Russian and English.
