Working conditions
- Development of Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects, its elements and details;
- Responsible for the content and precision of the Design, project diagrams and calculations;
- Assistance in Quantity schedules, Material selection, Design supporting documents;
- Assistance in Design Coordination, Communication with other disciplines / outsource associates;
- Application must include CV and Project reference list;
- REVIT skills will be checked, but REVIT certificate is a plus;
- Familiarity of professional standards and codes (AzDTN 2.3-1 Construction in Seismic Regions, AzDTN 2.1-1 Loads and Effects, AzDTN 2.16-1 Design of Concrete and Reinforced Concrete Structures, AzDTN 2.18-1 Steel Structures-Design regulations);
- Responsible and well-organized person, team player oriented, with problem solver attitude;
- Analytic and proactive approach to work, dedication and persistence are preferred;
- Capable to verbally provide advice, assistance to its superiors, Reports to Leading / Senior Engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master degree from Civil Engineering;
- 2+ years of post-diploma professional experience in design project development;
- Previous experience in Concept, Permit and Detailed Design Projects is a must;
- Previous experience in Design Studio/company is welcomed;
- Previous experience in Project Design Management and Design coordination;
- Proficiency in Revit, MS Office suite, and Auto CAD;
- Knowledge of Structural software (Tekla Structures, SAFE, SAP2000, Lira Sapr, IDEA StatiCA);
- Proficiency in English language, knowledge of Russian language is a plus.
