Working conditions
- Buy materials/services on behalf of the company and its projects, optimizing costs, observing requested time limits, and quality standards;
- Coordinate with the logistics department the delivery, custom clearance and declaration filing for the purchased products and services;
- Control stock items and plan purchasing process in accordance with stock needs;
- Collaborate in defining project vendor list;
- Follow up potential suppliers during preparation phase of biding and guarantees necessary secrecy during bidding process;
- Prepare for and conduct negotiations, further checking if detailed technical specifications are guaranteed, also checking whether detailed economical specifications given in the Bidding phase are consistent with those reported in the final contract;
- Issue periodic reports and/or request on progress of activities;
- Help coordinate activities with related departments;
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Superior.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English (written and spoken);
- 1+ year of related experience;
- Ability to set up a proper work process;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Ability to make accurate decisions based on analysis, experience, organizational and judgment skills;
- Analytical thinking skills;
- Ability to work reliably and accurately unsupervised;
- Ability to use personal computer (PC), e-mail, internet, and Microsoft Office;
