Working conditions
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals;
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues;
- Perform regular system updates;
- Monitor and manage network performance to ensure reliability and security;
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights;
- Troubleshoot network-related issues, including Wi-Fi, LAN/WAN, and VPN;
- Manage user accounts, permissions;
- Ensure network security and connectivity are maintained at high levels, including managing firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security;
- Respond promptly to service issues and requests, providing technical support and advice;
- Set up accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems;
- Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls;
- Recommend and implement improvements and upgrades to IT systems;
- Conduct regular audits to ensure IT equipment is accounted for and functioning optimally;
- Provide training and guidance to staff on IT policies and best practices;
- Working conditions in a friendly and flexible team;
- Documentation in accordance with the Labor legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- 5 days work week;
- Weekends: Saturday and Sunday.
Requirements
- Experience: at least 1 year of experience as a IT Specialist;
- Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani and Russian (fluent), English (fluent);
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills;
