Working conditions

  • Providing technical assistance for hardware and software problems;  
  • Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to computers, networks, printers, and other devices; 
  • Help maintain and troubleshoot the school’s network infrastructure, ensuring reliable internet access for classrooms and administrative offices;
  • Perform routine maintenance on school devices and assist with software updates and installations as needed;
  • Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a help desk technician;
  • Good understanding of computer systems;
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
  • Excellent communication skills.
