Working conditions
- Providing technical assistance for hardware and software problems;
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to computers, networks, printers, and other devices;
- Help maintain and troubleshoot the school’s network infrastructure, ensuring reliable internet access for classrooms and administrative offices;
- Perform routine maintenance on school devices and assist with software updates and installations as needed;
- Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:00.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a help desk technician;
- Good understanding of computer systems;
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues;
- Excellent communication skills.
