Working conditions
- Analyze business goals, objectives, and needs;
- Gather, prioritize, and document software requirements;
- Design business processes and recommend improvements;
- Prepare product use cases and documentation;
- Discuss technical tasks with the technical team and ensure the feasibility of the requirements;
- Track, report, and resolve requirement issues in a timely manner;
- Prepare and maintain detailed SRS (Software Requirement Specification) documentation;
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and manage stakeholder expectations;
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions and workshops;
- Working hours: 09:00 - 18:00.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the relevant field;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field;
- Fluent in Azeri and English (both verbal and written);
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
- Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies.
