Working conditions
- Responsible for the implementation of the annual audit plan (system audit, process audit, customer audit, third party audit) to ensure that it is completed on time;
- Responsible for audit schedule, pre-audit preparation meeting, audit kick-off meeting, audit implementation, audit report, non-conformity item issuance, corrective action verification and closure;
- Responsible for communication and cooperation with relevant internal departments to improve and optimize the integrated management system and process;
- Responsible for integrated management system knowledge training, including training for newly recruited employees;
- Preparation of personal monthly work report, manage personal KPI performance, analyze and improve, and strive for outstanding individual awards.
- Develop and implement integrated management systems that align with our business objectives;
- Ensure that our management systems are effective, efficient, and compliant with relevant regulations and standards;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions;
- Provide support to employees on our management systems and their requirements;
- Collecting QA Documentation for all projects, grouping all documents on the server and ensuring constant information updates;
- Provided with medical insurance;

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in developing and implementing management systems;
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 9001-2015;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Excellent in time-management skills;
- Good knowledge in MS Office;
- Good written and verbal communication in English, Russian language is advantage.
