Working conditions

Maintain and operate all HVAC equipment's including (Chillers, AHUs, DX units and BMS);
Test HVAC system for leaks, Refrigerant level, and recharge freon if necessary;
Perform preventive maintenance on chillers, AHUs and DX units;
Provide fast response to any breakdown or malfunction of equipment;
Monitor all systems and write down measurements and status of each equipment on a daily basis;
Shuttle bus;

Pasha Life (Endowment insurance);
Position Type: Full-time;

Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HVAC Technician;
Ability to communication effectively in English is preferable (written & spoken);
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex operations;
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure.
