Working conditions

  • In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates through a variety of channels, including announcement postings, headhunting, and leveraging internal channels. You will screen applications, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews and entry exams. Additionally, you will engage potential candidates, manage ongoing communications, and maintain their interest throughout the hiring process. You will also analyse recruitment metrics, such as candidate sourcing, time to hire, and hiring costs, to continually refine and optimise our recruitment processes.
  • You will also be responsible for enhancing BDO’s presence and attractiveness as an employer. You will actively promote BDO at universities and through various online and offline channels to build a positive image and attract top-tier talent. This includes participating in career fairs, networking events, and establishing partnerships with university career services and faculty. Your efforts will aim to showcase our company culture, values, and the exciting opportunities we offer, thus fostering a strong connection with potential candidates and industry professionals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Phycology, or related field that provides a strong foundation in people management and communication; 
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively network and build relationships; 
  • Excellent proficiency in both English and Azerbaijani; knowledge of Russian is preferred;
  • Two plus years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition; 
  • Strong organisational skills, capable of managing multiple recruitment initiatives and maintaining detailed attention throughout the recruitment cycle;
  • A creative thinker who is passionate about attracting and retaining top talents.
