Working conditions
- Collection of necessary documents from the employees;
- Working in EMAS electronic system;
- Prepare all HR related documents for new hires, terminations and other changes.
Requirements
- Bachelor or master degree in HR or relevant field;
- At least 1 year related experience in HR;
- Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijan – native, English - good (preferable);
- Excellent skills in MS Word, MS Excel and Outlook;
- Ability to work with the electronic government portal;
- Demonstrates excellent communication skills in human negotiation, with the ability to build rapport and influence others;
- Proficiency in teamwork with a dynamic, active and highly enthusiastic approach;
- Ability to identify suitable candidates for open positions;
- Personal ethics and integrity.
