Working conditions
- Partner with the leadership team to understand business objectives and translate them into effective HR strategies;
- Align HR policies and initiatives with business goals, supporting long-term organizational growth and scalability;
- Develop and implement talent strategies focused on acquisition, development, and retention of top talent;
- Conduct workforce planning, identify skill gaps, and drive succession planning and leadership development programs;
- Lead the design of performance management systems, ensuring they drive a culture of continuous improvement and accountability;
- Act as a strategic advisor for employee relations, providing counsel on complex issues and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace;
- Drive change management initiatives, supporting managers in adapting to organizational changes;
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and proactively address potential employee relations risks;
- Analyze HR metrics and apply insights to improve HR processes and support business decisions;
- Location: Sumgait, Azerbaijan;
- Shuttle bus (from 20Yanvar) and lunch are provided;
- Start date: As soon as possible.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) are preferred;
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic HR business partner or talent management role;
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements;
- Proven ability to think strategically, with strong business acumen and change management skills;
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities;
- Analytical and data-driven approach to HR with experience in using HR metrics to influence business decisions.
