Working conditions
- Collection of necessary documents from the employees;
- Working in EMAS electronic system;
- Prepare all HR related documents for new hires, terminations and other changes;
- Working on ISB.az website;
- Provide required HR related information for managers and finance department for internal or external reporting purposes;
- Preparation of necessary HR procedures;
- Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Requirements
- Knowledge AR legislation at a perfect level;
- Knowledge of human resources management, functions, procedures;
- Knowledge the basic rules of recruitment process;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, English, Russian, both written and oral;
- Excellent Computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Internet, etc.);
- Dynamic, outgoing and result oriented person;
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills, working with deadlines;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
