Working conditions
- Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner;
- Resolve all customer complaints. Able to seek solutions and resolve problems, as and when they arise;
- Maintain a record of all guests and members coming to the gym and update the membership database system;
- Handle all incoming calls and answer the enquiries made;
- Assist Fitness Manager in maintaining the gym;
- Provide information for prospective members, new residents, and guests, complete the application process for new members joining;
- Executed administrative tasks, including email, distributing parcels and updating calendars.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of working experience;
- Knowledge of English language;
- Able to work both shifts (6:30AM – 14:30 PM and 14:30 PM- 22:30 PM);
- Have a friendly and professional approach;
- Desire to work and develop in a successful and stable company.
