Working conditions

Generating creative ideas and conceptualizing design solutions based on briefs, project objectives, and target audience preferences.
Develop visual branding elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines that reflect a company's identity, values, and personality.
Designs for various print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, and signage, ensuring that the designs are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended message.
Design technical task for vendors.
Design graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, mobile apps, and multimedia presentations, considering factors like user experience, responsiveness, and interactivity.
Optimize images for various media formats and resolutions.
Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry to maintain relevance and enhance their skill sets.
Experiment with new techniques, software, and design trends to push creative boundaries and deliver innovative solutions.
Generating drafts and mockups of proposed designs and make revisions as requested.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design.
Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects (branding, digital, catalogue, promo products, presentation).
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Knowledge of Figma, After Effects and Premier Pro is a significant advantage.
Experience with both print and digital media.
Proficiency with the techniques, tools, and technologies necessary for outstanding design work
Initiative and creative.
Bachelor’s degree or higher education.
Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to details.
Time management and organizational skills.
Team player, enthusiast.
Proficiency in Azerbaijani is must, English and Russian are advantage.
