Working conditions

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival;
  • Check guests in and out of their rooms using hotel management software;
  • Process payments, including handling cash and credit transactions;
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes;
  • Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions;
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns effectively and escalate issues as needed;
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions;
  • Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times;
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly;
  • Stay one step ahead of guests’ needs – record and act on their preferences, and handle their messages, requests, questions and concerns;
  • Be a trusted contact for all guests. Help them with anything from bill issues to local knowledge, and loop in management when necessary;
  • Stay safe all the time. Following our safety procedures, you’ll report all incidents and wear any protective gear needed;
  • Perform other duties as assigned;
  • Working days: 5 days in a week, (08:00-17:00, 13:00-22:00, 22:00-08:00);
  • Address: Sea Breeze Resort / Nardaran settlement;
  • Bus service and meals are provided by the company.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry preferred;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Language skills: Azerbaijani, English, Russian; 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Proficiency in using computers and hotel management software;
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus;
  • Flexibility to work various shifts.
