Working conditions
- Ensure the operation and sales of the restaurant and sales outlets are in line with the budget plan;
- Oversee proper ordering to ensure food and staff quantities meet designated requirements;
- Manage food and beverage operations to the highest standards while maintaining cost norms;
- Monitor the monthly consumption of products to ensure adherence to predefined limits;
- Control the cost of prepared and sold products;
- Ensure a high level of service is maintained by the staff;
- Build a leading F&B team by attracting, hiring, training, and evaluating talented personnel;
- Supervise and regulate daily, weekly, and monthly staff work and rest schedules;
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports;
- Oversee the quality of products offered to customers;
- Identify and resolve problems effectively;
- Participate in the acceptance of goods into storage and ensure their quality;
- Manage menu design, updates, and cost calculations;
- Monitor service quality and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Gender: Male;
- Age: 28-38 years;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred;
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience in the field;
- Minimum 3 years of experience in management;
- Experience in seafood preparation and sales is required;
- Strong understanding of food storage conditions and shelf life;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani is required; intermediate proficiency in English and Russian is preferred;
- Proficiency in MS Office applications;
- Leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Negotiation skills;
- Time management skills;
- Employment contract in accordance with labor legislation;
- Rental housing in Gabala City for candidates relocating from other regions;
