Working conditions
- Discuss KPIs, targets and Network elements to be monitored with relevant teams;
- Represent QA team in technical meetings;
- Investigate Fix network KPI formulas and analyze;
- Analyse KPI degradations and escalate issues to the relevant teams;
- Analyze network performance data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and potential issues;
- Prepare and update documentation of network topology, performance monitoring procedures and KPIs;
- Apply best practices to prepare new reports;
- Periodically (daily, weekly, monthly) preparation of Access switch, aggregation switch and fix core network element KPI reports;
- Add comments to the reports after clarification of problem reasons;
- Control problematic KPIs and periodical update reports;
- Detailed reporting of network quality after planned works;
- Re-check problematic indicators after getting confirmation about problem solving;
- Prepare interfaces utilization report (network capacity);
- Daily monitoring of overloaded interfaces;
- Control network performance in near-real time;
- Response to KPI degradation PM alarms;
- Prepare ad-hoc reports in case of request from management or other teams;
- Control Performance Management system work and give suggestions for improvement;
- Inform OSS team in case of missing data, check measurement data after restoration;
- Responsible for correctness of statistic reports;
- Ensure integration of all fix network elements to the UMS tool;
- Add new elements and destinations to periodic reports;
- Understanding team members and knowledge sharing;
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to network performance monitoring;
- Propose and implement improvements to monitoring tools and reporting;
- Regular improvement of knowledge;
- Provide training and guidance to staff members on network monitoring tools and methodologies;
- Support network planning and optimization;
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance overall network performance;
- Maintain normal relationship with all team members;
- Follow ethic norms between team members and management interrelation;
- To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;
- To execute assigned tasks in compliance with the procedures/policy/instructions;
- To keep confidentiality of the company data.
Requirements
- Degree in BS telecommunication or equivalent;
- Technical knowledge of Fix network elements and their working process;
- Network Performance and Service Quality Assurance skills;
- Deeply Analyzing skills of Fix Network KPIs;
- To be proficient in Network performance management;
- Network fault management;
- Performance reporting in any requested format;
- 3 years’ experience on Fix network;
- Fluent spoken and written Azeri;
- Good spoken and written English;
- Good knowledge of Russian will be an advantage;
- Advanced user of MS Office;
- Knowledge on Power BI or similar tools;
- Python and SQL knowledge is an advantage;
- Travelling to Business trip to regions if required;
- Ability to work overtime and night time 24/7 reachable.
