Working conditions
- Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy;
- Creating visual concepts for promotional activities;
- Managing the digital marketing calendar;
- Maintaining the online presence and reputation of the company;
- Overseeing the creation and maintenance of social media content;
- Tracking digital marketing performance;
- Creating and updating digital marketing reports;
- Overseeing the digital marketing budget;
- Work with the Marketing team to put a roadmap and strategy of learning and exploring new marketing channels;
- Create paid advertising campaigns on different marketing channels;
- Optimize paid advertising campaigns using SEO and other tools;
- Continuously explore new paid marketing channels;
- Scale campaigns to maximize ROI;
- Report on the growth and analytics of campaigns to stakeholders;
- Monitor project status and budget;
- Brainstorm and implement experiments and conversion tests;
- Measure digital traffic;
- Monitor social media and Google Analytics;
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in marketing or similar field;
- Proven working experience in digital marketing;
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate;
- Experience with digital marketing automation software;
- Experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics;
- Knowledge of web publishing;
- Proficiency with SEO tools;
- Verbal and written communication skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
