Working conditions
- Inventory Management: Overseeing the distribution and sale of devices such as smartphones, tablets, laptops, or other electronic devices;
- Logistics Coordination: Planning and coordinating the transportation, storage, and delivery of devices to various locations, including warehouses, retail stores, or directly to customers;
- Quality Control: Implementing quality control measures to ensure that devices meet company standards and regulatory requirements before distribution;
- Asset Tracking: Implementing systems to track and manage device inventory, including serial numbers, locations, and usage history, to optimize distribution and prevent loss or theft;
- Distribution Strategy: Develop strategies to optimize device distribution channels, including direct sales, retail partnerships, online platforms, or distribution networks, to reach target markets efficiently;
- Team Management: Leading a team of distribution staff, including logistics coordinators, warehouse workers, and administrative personnel, to ensure smooth operations and efficient delivery of devices;
- Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for device distribution activities, including procurement costs, transportation expenses, and storage fees, to optimize cost-effectiveness and maximize profitability;
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, such as import/export laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations, to avoid legal issues and maintain ethical business practices;
- Customer Service: Addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints related to device distribution, including delivery delays, damaged products, or warranty issues, to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty;
- Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency optimization within the device distribution process and implementing appropriate solutions to enhance overall performance.
Requirements
- University Degree in Economics, Telecommunications, Marketing;
- Expertise in Project Management, Business Development, Sales (Device oriented);
- 5+ years of work experience in relevant field;
- Azeri, English– advanced, Russian – upper intermediate;
- Knowledge of MS Office Programmes (Excel, PPTX);
- Experience in Project management is preferable;
- Progressive experience in management and implementation;
- Strong ability to track initiatives;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Strong communicator with ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing;
- Strong analytical and measurement/tracking skills; Conduct analysis and present data and findings clearly, concisely and accurately. Be able to draw meaningful conclusions and indicated actions;
- Cross-functional collaboration and leadership with ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
- Strong initiative and ability to drive results;
- Strong attention to detail.
