Working conditions

Generating creative ideas and conceptualizing design solutions based on briefs, project objectives, and target audience preferences;
Develop visual branding elements such as logos, color palettes, typography, and brand guidelines that reflect a company's identity, values, and personality;
Designs for various print materials including brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, packaging, and signage, ensuring that the designs are visually appealing and effectively communicate the intended message;
Work closely with the product, technology and editorial teams to design user-centered interfaces;
Design graphics for digital platforms such as websites, social media, mobile apps, and multimedia presentations, considering factors like user experience, responsiveness, and interactivity;
Stay updated with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies in the industry to maintain relevance and enhance their skill sets;
Generating drafts and mockups of proposed designs and make revisions as requested.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in graphic design;
Portfolio of work with a wide range of creative projects (branding, digital, catalogue, promo products, presentation);
Proficiency in programs such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator);
Knowledge of Figma, After Effects and Premier Pro is a significant advantage;
Mid-level UI & UX skills is must;
Experience with both print and digital media;
Proficiency with the techniques, tools, and technologies necessary for outstanding design work;
Initiative and creative;
Bachelor’s degree or higher education;
Ability to think critically, communicate effectively, and produce work within deadlines;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Attention to details;
Time management and organizational skills;
Team player, enthusiast;
Proficiency in Azerbaijani is must, English and Russian are advantage;
Work experience in GO/NGOs, global projects, banking, telecommunication sectors is advantage.
