Working conditions

  • Supporting the planning, coordination and execution of solar and wind energy projects from inception to completion;
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying risks and proposing solutions to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget;
  • Managing relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless communication and collaboration;
  • Collaborating with international teams, PMC (Project Management Consultants), and EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) contractors to align project execution with global standards;
  • Assisting in preparing project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and risk management plans;
  • Providing technical and managerial support in areas such as site evaluation, design review, and construction oversight;
  • Overseeing compliance with regulatory and safety standards during project execution;
  • Participating in procurement processes;
  • Ensuring quality assurance and control throughout all project phases;
  • Acting as a liaison between the Project Manager, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate efficient decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or Renewable Energy;
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management, with at least 2 years in solar and wind energy projects;
  • Strong experience in managing industrial EPC projects;
  • Understanding of renewable energy systems, grid integration and energy project development;
  • Proven experience in managing multi-stakeholder projects, including international collaborations, multi-national project teams and contractors;
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera P6).
    • Familiarity with CAD software for understanding engineering designs (e.g., AutoCAD);
  • Certification in Project Management and Renewable Energy (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, REP) is highly desirable;
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities;
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills;
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar software;
  • Familiarity with international safety and environmental standards in renewable energy projects;
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Technical proficiency in renewable energy technologies, construction processes, and design optimization.
