Working conditions

  • Comprehensive data analysis of subscriber base and prediction of subscribers’ behavior, revealing behavior trends and building effective segmentation models. Making data supported suggestions in order to adapt Product and Service portfolio of the company for achieving profitable and customer oriented set of offerings;
  • Preparing business cases for justification of undertaking a project or program.  Which includes analytical justification of benefit, cost and risk and provides a rationale for the preferred solution;
  • End to end execution of targeted campaigns, such as usage stimulation initiatives and up-/cross- selling via marketing automation tool;
  • Supporting coordination of outbound team for execution of up-sell/cross-sell outbound calling programs according the segmentation model and operational roadmap;
  • Preparation of the corresponding reports regarding responsible working areas, including monitoring and evaluation the returns on each campaign (ROI), in terms of generated revenue, usage, ARPU and etc.;
  • Analysis dynamics, trends and performance of the market players in Customer Value Management and Business Intelligence areas and assessment of their impact on Company;
  • Automation of all processes related to core activities of CVM unit, such as business analysis, customer segmentation assignation of segmented offers and reporting;
  • Providing feedbacks regarding improvement of existing systems and processes as well as end to end implementation of positive changes;
  • Independently managing major projects related to CVM scope, including Requirements analysis, Stakeholder analysis, Planning and Design, Solution Evaluation, Implementation evaluation (UAT and Sanity testing) Post-launch analysis and monitoring;
  • Support in enhancing team’s knowledge base further, by continuously adding new knowledge to the existing know how of the team and providing necessary coaching for new members of the team.


  • Higher education in Economics, Marketing, Applied Math and Cybernetics or other related fields;
  • Business/Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics – Fully proficient;
  • Strong Project Management, Communication, and Marketing knowledge;
  • Experience in corporate area is mandatory. Experience in Sales & Marketing area is preferable;
  • >3 year of experience in CRM, Business Analytics, Data Science, Marketing or Forecasting in Telecommunication or >3 years of experience in FMCG, Financial or other relevant sectors;
  • Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;
  • Advanced MS office skills;
  • Advanced knowledge of Stata, R, Phyton or other statistical tools is an advantage;
  • Being fully capable in SAS and/or SQL coding languages is an advantage.
