Working conditions
- Allocation of costs for projects and their control;
- Project budget control;
- Formation of costs/costs for projects and products/services;
- Comparing construction and maintenance budgets with current costs, finding deviations and explaining these deviations;
- To control the costs of contractors;
- Verification of daily reports;
- Cash flow movement preparation and tracking
- Distribution of costs, control of compliance with the budget;
- Investigating deviations from budget and actual figures and presenting monthly, quarterly and annual reports on them;
- Close participation in the budget preparation process;
- Constantly coming up with suggestions in the direction of optimizing costs and increasing efficiency;
- Preparation and monitoring of expense reports;
- Budget and cash flow analysis and reporting;
- Preparation and monitoring of the price database;
- Analysis and reports on contracts;
- Analysis of procurement and financial data and preparation of reports in that direction;
- Verification and preparation of monthly payment slips.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar;
- Minimum 5 year’s experience similar positions;
- Experience in construction estimating or finance is advantageous;
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills;
- Sound knowledge of construction;
- Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to organize, plan, and strategize;
- Great networking abilities;
- Knowledge about, AutoCAD, MS office and etc.
