Working conditions

  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that customers feel supported and valued;
  • To handle all customer requests in the channel, provide proper information, and fulfill all customer requests with high-quality service; 
  • Register properly contact reason and support in fixing customer issues;
  • Reach the KPİs assigned by the management;
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls to ensure effective and timely resolution of customer issues;
  • Go the extra mile to build and maintain a positive trust relationship with the customer;
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures;
  • Carry out other tasks related to the position assigned by management.
