Working conditions
- This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Supervisor at Neptun Supermarket located in Baku City. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, manage a team of call center agents, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns.
