Working conditions

  • This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Center Supervisor at Neptun Supermarket located in Baku City. The Call Center Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day operations of the call center, manage a team of call center agents, ensure customer satisfaction, and handle escalated customer inquiries and concerns.

Requirements

  • Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively;
  • Customer Satisfaction: Focus on providing excellent customer service;
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze call center performance metrics;
  • Team Management: Experience in supervising and training call center agents;
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Experience in a similar role in the retail or customer service industry;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
