Working conditions
- Assist and support in designing, developing, implementing Company’s business processes and policies;
- Provide quality review on developed policy/procedures, ensure their consistency with other internal documents, align the processes with related stakeholders, coordinate approval process and proper announcement / communication, provide electronic and physical storage / retention.
- Facilitate with BPM related optimization, digitalization and operational projects, ensure process workflows are designed properly
- Provide gap analysis / assessments on current business processes with future processes where required (‘As Is’ vs. ‘To Be)
- E2E management of all BPM tools/software and timely placement and update of documents’ versions in Internal File Server and electronic corporate Library
- Revise, optimize enterprise-wide process standards and the accepted templates
- Continues monitoring and updating of BPM Reporting file in order to facilitate actions for E2E documents delivery
- To execute job responsibilities and verbal/ written instructions by management;

Requirements
- Higher education in Economics or related fields;
- Preference will be given to MBA graduates;
- Knowledge and skills in Business Process optimization, Advisory projects, and relative fields;
- Understanding of the Telecom industry (is preferable);
- High analytical and organizational skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Strong PowerPoint and other visualization/presentation tools knowledge;
- Time management skills;
- Leadership and facilitating skills;
- 2 years of experience with business process modeling, optimization, and advisory projects;
- Preference will be given to Candidates with experience in core industry Operations;
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani and English languages;
- Good knowledge of Russian will be an advantage;
- Advanced user of MS Office (in particular MS Project & MS Excel & MS Visio & MS PowerPoint);
