Working conditions
- Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies for the assigned brand portfolio to ensure brand sales, profitability, and market share to provide overall achievement of commercial targets of chain of shops;
- Develop and manage the brand budget, including sales and purchases forecasting, pricing strategy, stock efficiency and promotional activities in line with the strategic goals of organization and financial planning requirements;
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the suppliers both international and local to ensure meet of commercial targets (margin, payment and shipment terms), the timely and efficient supply of products and attraction of marketing funds;
- Ensure that the given brand portfolio is effectively positioned in the market, meets consumer needs and drive consumer interest to visit the shop;
- Conduct market research and analysis of market trends, demand, and competitor activity both in retail and on a brand level;
- Monitor goods' shipment in accordance with the company's internal procedures and local legislation;
- Develop and implement local pricing strategy (retail/wholesale). Conducts regular competitors' prices analysis;
- Close work with marketing, digital marketing, and operations teams to develop and execute promotional activities to increase brand awareness, and to optimize brands’ sales. When needed be personally involved in marketing events organization and communication with influencers;
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail operations teams to ensure that the brand is effectively displayed and promoted in-store. When needed instruct sales team personally;
- Collaborate with HR and operation department to provide education for beauty advisors to ensure that they are effectively communicating the brand message, addressing clients’ needs and achieving sales targets. When needed provide trainings personally;
- Participate in cross functional projects within retail and commercial department of organization;
- Prepare regular performance reports for senior management and partners including brand / sales analysis, market trends, and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Higher Education: Food Engineering or similar field;
- Certificate: should know the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 22000 and ISO 17025 standards, it is desirable to have received training in this field and have relevant certificates;
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in Quality Control or similar field in food productio;
- Knowledge of Russian and English is desirable;
- Knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook), 1C program.
